- Once you have screened the ideal candidate for your task, it’s best to have a one-on-one conversation, so you can understand and better evaluate the candidates communication style along other important aspects.
- Clearly define the deliverable you are expecting.
- Agree on terms like revisions, delivery date and time, service/product features, etc.
